- Has Valid Canadian Student Visa


- Leaving from Toronto to Los Angeles where we'll be connecting to a flight that goes directly to Taiwan (stop over will be 4 hours)


- Student doesn't have a Visa for the US


- Student has a valid Canadian Student Visa


- Does she need a valid US Visa to land in the US and catch our stopover flight to Taiwan


- We don't plan on leaving the airport when in L.A.
